Pay and Benefits
Group Life Assurance
As a term of your employment, we provide a Death in Service benefit from day one of your employment. This is provided by Canada Life and is offered at one times your annual salary. As part of the on-boarding process you will be required to provide details of who would be your beneficiary.
Annual Leave Package
We offer paid annual leave plus the statutory 8 bank holidays every year. As a minimum your entitlement would be 20 days plus 8 bank holidays (pro rata for part time employees), however, full details will be included in your contract of employment.
Company Pension Scheme
When you start with us, you will be automatically enrolled into one of our pensions scheme if you are eligible (i.e. your earnings meet the threshold). Details of the pension scheme and provider will be provided to you when you join. You will be automatically enrolled into the scheme, however, should you wish, you can opt out.
