Our teams within our support office ensure that all our operations run smoothly so that we can deliver high quality care and support.

As a valued member of our team we’ll make sure you have all the knowledge and skills to help us achieve outstanding results.

We provide training and support in the following areas:

As part of your role, you will receive peer support and will have access to developmental opportunities for your specialism. These include bespoke training, qualifications, seminars, conferences and resources to assist you to stay ahead in your field of expertise.

We offer apprenticeships in Operations, Marketing, HR and Recruitment, Learning & Development, Business Administration, Sales and across many other areas of business.

Go-getter Wendy Pipes progressed so quickly in her care career that she was managing a service aged just 21. After discovering her favourite part of the job was empowering people to upskill and further their independence, she moved into the education sector, where she worked to train and develop new talent. Today, as Salutem’s Group Head of Talent and Development, Wendy is committed to helping our dedicated team achieve their ambitions. Here she explains how Salutem recruits and develops new talent, the opportunities provided for all and why she loves seeing others succeed.

I joined Salutem in 2018, which was a fantastic opportunity. I came in right at the beginning of the department, so I helped set it up, put systems in place and organise training partners. It was really exciting and I also felt I was always progressing as an individual. For example, I had to organise and manage a national manager’s conference, which I’d never done before. It pushed me out of my comfort zone – but it was worth it. I’m a big advocate of personal development and always continuing to learn. And that approach has been really important in my role, especially as Salutem has grown over the last three years.
