Training Academy

If you care about others and want to make a difference, we’ll provide the training for everything else.

We don’t follow a ‘one size fits all’ approach to learning. We recognise the unique talents of each team member and shape their training experience based on what they need to do a great job.

Where we see potential, we’ll help you develop your skills and provide you with opportunities to progress in your career. And where you need extra support, or you need to refresh your skills, we’ll make a programme to help you get up to speed.

We recognise transferable skills and acknowledge the value that certain life experiences bring.

Whether working in care is your first, second or third career, we’ll make sure you receive the best training for you.
