Training Academy
Bring Your Passion — We’ll Build the Skills Together
We don’t believe in a “one size fits all” approach to learning. Instead, we recognise the unique talents and experiences each colleague brings and shape training around what you need to do a great job.
Where we see potential, we’ll help you develop your skills and create opportunities for you to grow your career. Where you need extra support or a skills refresh, we’ll design a programme to get you up to speed with confidence.
We also value transferable skills and understand the strength that different life experiences bring.
So, whether care is your first, second, or third career, we’ll make sure you receive the training and support that’s right for you.
Induction Training
Setting the Standard for the Days Ahead.
From the moment you join our team, you’ll receive a personalised and thorough induction designed to set you up for success. You’ll receive all the essential mandatory training, plus role-specific guidance, while being warmly welcomed into your new team and our wider organisation.
Whether you’re an experienced professional, starting a new career path, or seeking a meaningful fresh start, your induction will be tailored to recognise your transferable skills and help you settle quickly into your role.
At Salutem, we believe high-quality, personalised care is built on genuine teamwork. That’s why our inductions focus on helping you understand your place in our culture, how you contribute to our values, and equipping you with the skills and knowledge you need to thrive.
Apprenticeships
We believe in your potential — and we’re here to help you achieve it. Whether you’re starting your first job or taking a new direction in your career, our Workplace Apprenticeship Programmes provide the support, skills, and qualifications you need to succeed.
As an apprentice, you’ll learn on the job while working towards a recognised qualification tailored to your role. You’ll build skills, knowledge, and confidence — all while making a real impact in the workplace.
Our programmes cover a wide range of career pathways, including HR, training and development, project management, compliance, digital and technology, adult care, teaching, finance, cyber security, and marketing. These opportunities give you the chance to develop specialist skills while gaining hands-on experience in your chosen field.
With a wide variety of pathways, our apprenticeships open the door to long-term career growth and exciting new opportunities.
Graduate Scheme
Our structured leadership and management programme is designed to fast-track your career, giving you hands-on experience and accelerated development. Over 18 months, you’ll rotate through different areas of Operations and Shared Services within Salutem and the wider Health & Social Care sector.
Along the way, you’ll build key skills in project management, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making. The programme also includes leadership training from our in-house academy, plus mentoring from senior leaders — giving you real-world experience with expert guidance.
This is your opportunity to kickstart a rewarding career, gain exposure across the organisation, and grow into a future leader.
