Brooks Lodge and Brooks View are single occupancy residential homes designed to suit a young person age 7-17. You will be supported and guided in your role by Dani, the home manager. Dani has over five years of experience supporting children achieve positive outcomes in Harwich and Colchester.

Our Support Workers are the heroes of our workforce. They are the ones who overcome daily challenges to achieve amazing outcomes for the people we support. Each day will be different, and the main focus of your role is to enable those your support to have a meaningful day, feeling empowered to live the life they love.
