About our Children’s Residential Home – TC:
TC is a small residential children’s home and short break provision linked to Craig Y Parc School on the same site, supporting children and young people with complex health needs.
We’re Salutem and we are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of thousands of children and adults in England and Wales across our residential homes, schools and day centres.
Students we support become part of our Salutem family where we endeavour to provide a fulfilling life for our students to thrive. This includes staff, who are supported to further their professional capacity with training, CPD and valuable skill set.

The nursing role is expanding to deliver an overarching system of nurse-led care for our students within TC. One to one work with students with tracheostomies is incorporated into our week with time during the working week to safely plan, deliver and record care for all students.
We aim to make our shift patterns flexible with a mixture of one to one shifts and home based shifts to oversee the care of our students.
As a Nurse, your role responsibilities will include:
Assisting the lead nurse with the organisation of the nursing team at TC.
