Managers Induction Training
Stepping into a management role can be daunting, but our Managers Induction will set you up for success. This program introduces you to the company, key supporters, and essential information to help you get started.

The 2-day leadership induction program is mandatory for all new managers, deputies, team leaders, and shared services equivalents who joined in the last 6 months across the entire company.

The Evolution Programme is designed for Deputy Managers and Team Leaders to boost your leadership skills and confidence. We help you create personal development plans to advance your career and achieve your goals.
