Divisional HR Manager Education – North

About you:

  • You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the People Plan across the division to support the effective, safe, compliant and profitable delivery of business objectives. 
  • Working closely with the Divisional Head of HR and Recruitment and the wider People team, to achieve the agreed KPI’s.
  • You will lead the team of HR Advisors to educate and support managers in managing performance; Ensuring that managers have the knowledge to follow company policies and processes consistently, give commercial, pragmatic, HR advice and help managers gain the confidence to deal with people issues.

National travel will be required in this role to enable you to support your team and services where required.

Professional Qualifications:

  • CIPD Level 5 or above qualified or/with substantial demonstrable experience in working at a Manager level.
  • Experience in the Education or children’s services sector is advantageous but not essential.
