We have nearly 300 colleagues, including front line support workers, head teachers, multi-disciplinary teams, trauma-based practitioners, and Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) leaders.

Trusted Partner for Over 1800 Individuals in Adult and Children’s Services
We support over 1,800 individuals in our adult and children’s services.
More than 95% of those we support are placed with us by their Local Authority, trusting us to provide top-quality care, support, and education.
We partner with over 200 commissioners across England and Wales.
We also work locally with Transforming Care Partnerships to help individuals with long hospital stays or forensic backgrounds live meaningful lives in the community.
All of our children’s homes are rated Good or Outstanding by regulators.
