Top Employer United Kingdom 2026. For a Better World of Work

A great place to work

One of the UK’s Most Inspiring and People-Focused Employers

At Salutem Care and Education, we’re proud to be recognised by the Top Employers Institute as a Top Employer United Kingdom for 2024, 2025, and 2026.

We’ve also been recognised as one of the Top Global Inspiring Workplaces, celebrating our commitment to creating an inclusive, supportive, and empowering environment for all colleagues.

In the Inspiring Workplaces Awards, we’re delighted to have achieved a place in the Top 10 overall, as well as being named one of just six winners in the Large Business category (500–4,999 employees) — a testament to the strength of our culture and colleague experience.

In addition, we have been awarded Best in Class for Leadership, recognising our unwavering commitment to values-driven leadership and fostering a workplace where every colleague feels supported, inspired, and empowered to thrive.
